NAB Room 1100 Instructions for Zoom Meetings

 

Using the touch panel at the lectern, press “System On” and select “VGA”Image of the touch panel with "VGA" and "SYSTEM ON" options highlighted with yellow squares.

 


 

Sign in to the OW Portal at lectern with your OW credentials
(If the computer is off, locate it inside the cabinet and press power button)Image of the OId Westbury Portal sign in page with the username and password fields highlighted in a red rectangle.

Note: if using a laptop, you will need to bring the appropriate adapter for your device to connect to the HDMI cable

 


 

From the OW portal, click the Zoom icon and start the Zoom meeting when you’re readyImage of a red arrow pointing to the "Zoom" option when logged in to the old Westbury Portal. And an image of the "Host" option highlighted with a red rectangle when signed in to Zoom.

 


 

Adjust video settings as needed

→ Select Camera “Jabra PanaCast”

 


 

Adjust audio settings for Microphone and Speaker as needed
(note: the options may already be selected)
