The Information Technology Service Desk will have limited staff available on campus to provide in-person and phone support. We will do our best to ensure continued service to the campus community during this difficult time, but please be aware that delays and difficulty reaching the Help Desk via phone are to be expected. For the fastest level of service, we strongly encourage faculty, staff, and students to open support tickets to report issues (e.g., an interruption of service) or to request services (e.g., help with online instruction).
