Using the touch panel at the lectern, press “System On” and select “VGA”
Sign in to the OW Portal at lectern with your OW credentials
(If the computer is off, locate it inside the cabinet and press power button)
Note: if using a laptop, you will need to bring the appropriate adapter for your device to connect to the HDMI cable
From the OW portal, click the Zoom icon and start the Zoom meeting when you’re ready
Adjust video settings as needed
(note: the option may already be selected)
→ Select Camera “Jabra PanaCast”
Adjust audio settings for Microphone and Speaker as needed
(note: the options may already be selected)
Click on the arrow next to the microphone icon
→ Select microphone: Echo Cancelling Speakerphone
→ Select speaker: Speakers/Headphones (Realtek(R) Audio)
When finished, sign out and press “System Off” on the touch panel
