NAB Classroom Technology Zoom Settings

 

STEP 1

Sign in to the portal at lectern using your OW credentials (www.connect.oldwestbury.edu)Image of the SUNY Old Westbury portal login page.

 


 

STEP 2

Click the Zoom iconImage of a red arrow pointing to the Zoom icon among the SUNY OW portal options.

 


 

STEP 3

Hover over “Host” on the top right and select your desired option for starting the meetingImage of a red arrow pointing to the "Host" option to start a video meeting in Zoom.


 

STEP 4

Select “Join with Computer Audio”Image of a red arrow pointing to the "join with computer audio" option in Zoom.


 

STEP 5

Adjust video settings as needed

 

Click on the arrow next to the Video iconImage of arrow next to video icon highlighted with a red square.

 

For “A” Classrooms
⇒ Select Camera – “Jabra PanaCast"

    (note: the option may already be selected)Image of "Jabra PanaCast" option highlighted with a red rectangle.

For “B” Classrooms
⇒ Select Camera – “INOGENI SHARE2U"

STEP 6

Adjust audio settings for Microphone and Speaker as needed

 

Click on the arrow next to the microphone iconImage of arrow next to microphone icon highlighted with a red square.

 

For “A” Classrooms
⇒ Select Microphone – “Jabra PanaCast"
⇒ Select Speaker – “Crestron Intel Display Audio”

For “B” Classrooms
⇒ Select microphone – “Digital Audio Interface (INOGENI SHARE2U)”
⇒ Select speaker – “Speakers (INOGENI SHARE2U”)
