Voice Alcatel

​The owner(s) of this role are required to maintain and administer any phones as well as troubleshoot some server hardware. The administrator(s) will work with the users to troubleshoot and replace any phones as required and provide level 1 support as required for all other phone system features. Any other level 2 and 3 requests will be routed to the appropriate contact at Dice Communications for further troubleshooting.
