Digital Media Services

Digital Media Services (DMS) requests are answered by Student Technology Consultants at the Contact Center. Students gather information from callers and forward the request to the appropriate staff memebers.

DMS staff will evaluate and fulfill requests. Audiovisual services include: provide audiovisual technical support for courses; technology setup and support for scheduled events; providing access to audiovisual systems and equipment; maintaining, troubleshooting, and lifecycling audiovisual systems and equipment; designing and installing audiovisual systems; procuring audiovisual equipment; providing relevant training to the community.
