There is a shortcut link to Zoom in your Brightspace courses, where you can click for quick access to items such as viewing previous recordings or scheduling a new meeting. Only meetings you have scheduled using this tool inside a course will appear here for later review. To access all of your Zoom account settings, you will need to access Zoom via the OW portal instead.
STEP 1
Click into the Zoom link within your course in Brightspace, on the top right of the page within the green navigation pane
STEP 2
Review a list of your Upcoming Meetings; Previous Meetings; and Cloud Recordings for the particular course. Start a new meeting immediately under Personal Meeting Room
Schedule a new meeting any time from the top right of the page
Upcoming Meetings: All scheduled meetings using the Zoom tool within Brightspace will appear here for the instructor and students. Users can visit here to review upcoming scheduled meetings, and click to join a meeting if it was scheduled here.
Previous Meetings: A list of all previous meeting details scheduled using the Zoom tool within Brightspace will be listed here for future review.
Personal Meeting Room: Here you can start a new meeting instantly as opposed to scheduling a meeting for a later time. Click “Start Meeting” to begin your meeting.
Cloud Recordings: All previous meetings which were recorded to the cloud will be listed here for both instructor and student review. To allow students to see the recordings, toggle on the “Publish” option next to the recording.
Appointments: At the very top left of the page, you can toggle from “Home” to “Appointments” to create schedules with dates and time slots that people can book to meet with you.
