Unfortunately, ITS must temporarily disable two of the connect.oldwestbury.edu cards - Class Schedule and Final Grades/Schedule. These cards are currently causing the portal and the Banner system to have performance issues. Ellucian, Banner's parent company, is aware of the problem and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can view your schedule and grades by using Banner SSB. Instructions on how to access these features can be found below.
How to View Class/Student Schedule
1. While on connect.oldwestbury.edu - Click the "Banner SSB" icon on the "Banner" card.
2. From the Banner SSB homepage - Click on the "Student Profile" link.
3. From the Student Profile - Click on the "Student Schedule" link found on the left-hand side of the screen, under "Additional Links".
How to View Final/Midterm Grades
1. While on connect.oldwestbury.edu - Click the "Banner SSB" icon on the "Banner" card.
2. From the Banner SSB homepage - Click on the "View Grades" link.
