Getting Started
Power on TV monitor by pressing power button on bottom right
Touch screen and tap the yellow + (plus) icon to select menu options (use whiteboard; open a web browser; start a zoom session)
Touch screen and tap the 3 dots to utilize tools (take screenshot/screen recording; use pen for drawing; close window or exit presentation)
Wirelessly Connect Your Device to TV Monitors
• Connect to WIFI: SUNY-OW • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled in your device settings
Mac computer
On your device: Click into control center ⇒ Select Screen Mirroring ⇒ Select monitor being used ⇒ Enter pin that displays on monitor

PC (windows computer)
On your device: Press windows key + P ⇒ Click ‘Connect to a Wireless Display’ ⇒ Select monitor being used ⇒ Enter pin that displays on monitor

iPhone/iPad
On your device: Swipe up with your finger from very bottom of screen, or swipe down from top right of screen (varies based on device age/model) ⇒ Select "Screen Mirroring" ⇒ Select monitor being used

Android/Smart Phone or Tablet
On your device: Swipe down with your finger from very top of screen – swipe down again/twice to open full menu ⇒ Select ‘Smart View’ or ‘Cast’ (swipe left if needed to page over, if option isn’t on first menu page) ⇒ Select monitor being used

Exit the TV Whiteboard or Switch Back to Home Screen
Push the ‘Quick Menu’ button on the frame of the TV (next to the Power button) ⇒ Tap ‘Open’ on the touchscreen ⇒ Tap ‘HDMI 1’ on the touchscreen

Share TV Monitor Screen with Another Monitor in Classroom
Touch screen and tap the icon with the two circles joined by the arrow ⇒ Touch the circular yellow icon, hold and drag across screen until connected to monitor name that appears on screen

Start Zoom Session or Sign in to SUNY OW Portal
Option 1
Sign in to Zoom or into SUNY Portal on your device, then cast to the TV Monitor (per above wireless steps)
Option 2
Zoom - On TV tap the yellow + (plus) symbol ⇒ Tap WebRTC ⇒ Tap Zoom ⇒ Sign in directly on TV, OR ‘Join Meeting’ you started on your computer or phone with that session key.
SUNY Portal - On TV tap the yellow + (plus) symbol ⇒ Tap WebRTC ⇒ Tap Portal ⇒ Sign in on TV
Note: Ensure to mute the device microphone and speakers to avoid sound echoing effect in classroom
