Zoom Settings: Allow Participants to Rename Themselves

This guide provides instructions to change the settings in your zoom meeting to
allow or remove permissions giving meeting participants the ability to rename themselves.

 
STEP 1:

·       Go to https://zoom.us/ and log into your Zoom account.

 

STEP 2:

·       Go to Settings.

STEP 3:

·       Go to In Meeting Basic.

·       Scroll down to Allow participants to rename themselves.
        Allow meeting participants and webinar panelists to rename themselves.

·       TURN OFF radio button.
