Cloud recordings can be downloaded in Zoom web portal.

Depending on the Zoom settings, Zoom cloud recordings include the
video, audio, transcript and chat files to the Zoom cloud.
There may be multiple files downloaded.

STEP 1

Login to your Zoom account on the web and select the Recordings.

STEP 2 

Click on the "Cloud Recordings” tab. You will see a list of your cloud recordings.
    Use the search feature to locate and download recordings by a specific date or ID.
 

STEP 3 

Check the box next to the recording you want to download.

STEP 4 

On the right side of the recording title, click the 3 dots to view the options.

STEP 5 

Select Download. The MP4 video recording file will download to your local computer.

DOWNLOAD MULTIPLE RECORDINGS:

If downloading more than one recording,
check the box for the recordings you wish to download,
each MP4 video file will download separately.
