STEP 1
Sign in to the portal at lectern using your OW credentials

STEP 2
Click the Zoom icon

STEP 3
Hover over “Host” on the top right and select your desired option for starting the meeting

STEP 4
Select “Join with Computer Audio”

STEP 5
Adjust video settings as needed:
Click on the arrow next to the Video icon

For “A” Classrooms
Select Camera – “Jabra PanaCast"

For “B” Classrooms
Select Camera – “INOGENI SHARE2U"

STEP 6
Adjust audio settings for Microphone and Speaker as needed
Click on the arrow next to the microphone icon

For “A” Classrooms
Select Microphone – “Jabra PanaCast"
Select Speaker – “Crestron Intel Display Audio”

For “B” Classrooms
Select microphone – “Digital Audio Interface (INOGENI SHARE2U)”
Select speaker – “Speakers (INOGENI SHARE2U”)
