The Instructional Design staff is responsible for providing support for faculty and students for all areas of LMS Systems & Technology. This includes D2L Brightspace LMS- Course creating, Course maintenance/management, troubleshooting; Zoom in online classrooms- Workshop training & troubleshooting; Panopto - Workshop training & troubleshooting. The instructional design staff is responsible for faculty training for new courses being taught in a distance modality (online, hybrid, blended)
