ServiceNow - Extract Data from Banner

​ServiceNow Incident Management allows IT to capture incidents and prioritize them based on agreed service level targets. Incidents can be automatically routed to the appropriate resolution group, complete with related information. OW ITS provides the help desk with a daily extract which includes all students, faculty, staff and alumni.
