Please clear your cache and cookies because you probably have "remember campus" (for your previous college) checked off. After you clear the cache and cookies, please log into the OW portal - connect.oldwestbury.edu - and click on Degree Audit on the Applications card. It will probably ask you to choose a campus so choose Old Westbury. Remember when logging into the portal, please use your user name not your email address (user name is everything prior to the @oldwestbury.edu).
If you still cannot access Degree Works or your get different error messages, please put a ITS Service Desk ticket in.
